African London wedding confetti shot

The Berkeley Hotel luxury wedding venue photos, London wedding photographer - Tola and Kingsley.

Tola and Kingsley planned an elegant and sophisticated London city wedding and chose two stunning venues - Marylebone Church for their ceremony and The Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge for the reception.  The most important thing for them was to get their family and friends together to celebrate in an intimate and chic setting. Located in a leafy Wilton Place just beside the Hyde Park, The Berkeley certainly provided stylish and exclusive wedding day experience.

Tola and Kingsley are of the Nigerian origin, and colour and vibrancy are at the heart of their culture. I loved all the different traditional outfits, which really added to the character of the day. At the same time Tola chose champagne and light peach colours, peonies, roses and hydrangea (all her favourite flowers) to compliment and reflect the soft and elegant style of The Berkeley. I loved Tola's wedding dress with the embellished top by Justin Alexander. Tola and Kingsley incorporated some traditional elements into their day like their parents and the bridal party dancing into the room when introduced. There was lots of laughter and lots of dancing! Mr Tandoh MC provided great entertainment for the guests and kept the energy levels high throughout the day.

Tola and Kingsley, thank you so much for having me as part of your wedding day and making me feel so welcomed! It was an absolute pleasure getting to know you and your families. I'm looking forward to photographing Tola's brother's wedding next year, and seeing these two again!
