Same sex Millbridge Court wedding in Farnham, Surrey.
They say it's the people who make a wedding, and that was certainly true for Chloe and Suze's wedding at Millbridge Court. There was so much love between the brides, with families and close friends joining them in their celebrations. The whole day from start to finish was filled with emotions, energy and much laughter. Chloe and Suze were planning to get married in September 2017, however doe to the sudden ill health of Chloe's sister Andrea they brought the wedding 18 months forward. With great help from Andrea the wedding was planned in just 5 months and it was a truly wonderful day with everything the brides hoped and wished for.
A luxury Surrey wedding venue Millbridge Court provided a perfect setting for a relaxed and intimate celebration. Chloe and Suze chose this newly built barn because they were happy to get married outside or inside. The barn filled with natural light and a garden outside with views of the countryside were both equally beautiful. Rain stopped in the morning, and after an emotional ceremony when Chloe and Suze said their personal vows to each other, guests poured outside into glorious sunshine.
I love Chloe and Suze's favourite moments from the day:
Chloe - "I loved every minute of our wedding day! I have to say my favourite memory of the day is walking down the aisle and seeing Suze for the first time in her dress. The emotion was overwhelming. She looked absolutely stunning and I felt like the luckiest girl in the world seeing all our family and friends around us, in a gorgeous venue."
Suze - "I loved standing at the 'altar' with Chloe, having our moment in front of our guests. Our first dance. Eating the wedding breakfast and looking out at everyone chatting and laughing. The quiet couple of minutes when we stepped outside in between courses."
The brides had a great team of wedding professionals on board to bring their vision of their wedding day to life. Everyone at Millbridge Court and Kalm Kitchen (who provided absolutely delicious food throughout the day and finger licking desserts in the evening) made sure the brides and their guests were well looked after and that the day ran smoothly. Beautiful naked wedding cake was created by Milk Street Kitchen. Wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, baskets for flower girls and barn reception flowers were by Carrie Macey. Paper goods and stationery by Judy Broad Calligraphy.
