WEDDING DECOR INSPIRATION BY CHAPEL DESIGNERS

As many of you who read my blog and follow my Instagram know, I absolutely adore flowers. In fact this year I have started to learn about flower arranging and I also started a cutting garden. It's been an incredible journey so far! I have recently done my first editorial shoot for which I designed the florals like bridal bouquets and table centerpieces. In October I'm designing flowers for two wonderful weddings, one of which I'm also photographing! It's going to be one exciting month with travel to London and France. Can't wait to start creating all the beauty :)

You can only imagine my excitement when I was asked to photograph the Chapel Designers convention in London back in April. Almost 40 incredibly talented florists from all over the world gathered in the restored warehouse Brixton East for a few days of learning, creating and getting inspired. It was so much fun photographing an event that is not a wedding and being surrounded by so much talent and beauty. I mean the flowers which these florists could work with were incredible! Think lilac, David Austin roses, ranunculus, ferns, sweet peas, jasmine - the best spring has to offer! It was also so interesting to see how different everyone's bouquets and creations were considering everyone had the same materials. I will let the images do the talking. I hope you enjoy this visual feast and hopefully get some inspiration for your own wedding :)
