Classic Tankardstown House Wedding - Genevieve & Paul

"Dasha is outstanding!!!! From the very first time we spoke to the day of the wedding, we were so impressed and amazed by her professionalism, knowledge and expertise. Her work speaks for itself, she captures moments and creates a story with her photos. She was so pleasant to work with, always answering our emails so quickly and making sure we were happy and comfortable during the process. We couldn't be happier with our photos. We took a 2 week honeymoon straight after the wedding and when we returned she already had our photos ready and sent to us through an easy link, how quick and amazing! We highly recommend Dasha for all events, she will take amazing care of you on your day and before and after the event."

Wedding photos from an elegant summer wedding at Tankardstown House in Meath, Ireland.

I can't believe it's been over a year since Genevieve and Paul's beautiful Tankardstown House wedding. They got married last June and planned a wedding that was about their two world coming together as Paul's family is from Ireland and Genevieve's family and friends travelled all the way from the USA. Tankardstown House was a perfect venue for their wedding celebration providing a beautiful setting in the Irish countryside and showing true Irish hospitality.

The theme and style of the wedding was very classic and timeless with soft blush and ivory colours. The bride wore not one, but two wedding dresses! One lucky girl :) I loved the small personal touches like a locket on the bride's bouquet with a photo of her grandparents who were a huge part of her life.

When Genevieve and Paul first got in touch they mentioned they were not into posing and wanted lots of natural light, soft but vibrant images. For a bit of a fairytale to show in the photos and the story of their wedding day to be reflected through natural moments. It was an absolute pleasure to work with this wonderful couple and their brief! Tankardstown House is filled with natural light in its more grand reception rooms and the beautiful orangery where both the ceremony and dinner took place. Given that the wedding took place in June, we managed to have two short sets of portraits (so the couple don't go missing from their guests for too long) with two different dresses Genevieve was wearing!

I want to wish Genevieve and Paul a happy first wedding anniversary. They have a lovely adopted doggy Moose and are expecting a new addition to their family!
