Winter Wedding In Ballymagarvey Village

“We took your advice and opened a bottle of bubbly and sat and watched the slideshow. We actually had to open a second bottle of bubbly as we watched the slideshow again.  And again!

There were laughs, tears of laughter and tears! We honestly can’t thank you enough. As we said to you on the day and after - we really appreciate you so much. Your general advice as well as your spectacular photographic talents made our day amazing and it’s so great that we can relive the day through the beautiful pictures. So thanks once again. You are an absolute star!

We truly adore the photos, they are perfect and perfect for us and we were so lucky to have you there to capture the moments in the way you have!” ~ Sarah & Michael

Jenny Packham dress for a relaxed winter wedding in Co.Meath

Sarah and Michael celebrated their wedding in Ballymagarvey Village. They both live in NYC and the main driving force behind the location was because all of Mike’s family have married in Ireland (and been very happily married so it seemed a good omen).

Sarah and Michael are probably one of the most relaxed couples I’ve met. We managed to meet up in person prior to their wedding to go over all the details. They wanted for the day to flow naturally and to have plenty of time to spend time with their guests whilst also have photos around the venue. I advised them to re-jig their schedule a little bit, which worked really well in the end. We managed to take the group photos quickly outside the church and spend 15min out of the drinks reception for photos around the gardens, plus another 10min for some night-time photos after the speeches finished. It meant there was no rush with anything on the day and we had plenty of time to get all the photos the couple wanted as well as lots of candid images of the guests.

As Sarah and Michael live abroad they were excited the most about seeing all their friends and family who they don’t get to be with as often as they would like. It was definitely a great party and the whole day had such warm and happy atmosphere - it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of and capture all those moments for Sarah and Michael :)
