Rainy Day In Virginia Park Lodge

“We both want the day to feel like we are having a party at home with all our close family and friends - to make it feel like we are almost in our back garden hosting. We really want to just make it as fun as possible and a good party - great speeches - loads of laughs and dancing - hopefully in the sun outdoors as much as possible. We have made sure all the signage, details, menus, table names have some meaning and have included a lot of references to Kilkee where we both grew up every Summer together. “

Sometimes things just don’t go to plan, and instead of the outdoor ceremony in the sunken garden on the grounds of Virginia Park Lodge, G & JJ had a very rainy day. We managed to spot a gap and ran outside for a few portraits outside. Despite the weather not playing ball, it was such a great, relaxed and fun wedding!
